GRIEFCARE
My Ashleah Foundation Grief Care
At Grief Care we nurture a welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. As we navigate through our Grief Share study guides, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability and gain solid support each step of the way.
My Ashleah also offers at no cost to you personal one on one or small group grief care. This is designed to help those that we call “stuck” in grief. Our facilitators are trained in safely guiding the person or persons to talk about the loss, the deceased, and the circumstances surrounding the death, building coping strategies to deal with tough days like holidays, anniversaries, or birthdays. Our facilitators are trained to safety guide the person or persons using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and replace negative thought patterns, and also using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to accept negative feelings and focus on healthier patterns safety.
The My Ashleah Grief Care is designed to safely guide anyone one through the sea of grief. We have a seat for you.
