Not a program. A pathway.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Grief doesn’t heal because time passes. Grief heals when pain is processed, not buried.
The Process of Healing is designed to help someone:
- name what hurts (without shame)
- face what’s real (without fear)
- release what’s heavy (without pretending they’re okay)
- and reclaim who they are (without being defined by loss)
This process is for the parent who lost a child.
The spouse, the sibling, the friend.
The person who’s still functioning on the outside — but breaking on the inside.
And it’s for anyone who is tired of surviving and ready to start healing from any trauma. Grief isn’t just loss of a loved one, Grief is a loss of something you loved.
